Hey, {{first_name | Founder}}!

I sold 50 copies of a product to people who already knew me.

Then I put the same product in front of cold buyers.

About five bought.

For a while, I treated the first number as proof that the product sold.

The cold number killed that belief.

Those first sales proved something narrower: I could sell the product while my reputation was standing next to it.

The difference was BORROWED TRUST.

Warm buyers already knew I understood the problem. They had seen my work. They trusted me to follow through.

The product did not have to earn all that trust from zero.

Cold buyers gave it none.

That is the test most early sales never pass.

If friends, followers, or former clients buy, do not rebuild the product immediately when strangers hesitate. First find the trust your warm buyers supplied for free.

Take your last warm sale. Write down what that buyer already knew about you before seeing the offer.

Maybe they knew you understood the problem.

Maybe they had seen the quality of your work.

Maybe they trusted you not to disappear after payment.

Now put that missing proof into the offer. Show the work. Explain the method. Make the first paid step feel safe.

Then put it in front of ten people who do not know you.

Warm sales show that you can sell it.

Cold sales show whether the product can sell without you standing next to it.
